Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We’re happy to accept returns for both unused items and products with defects.

  • Non-defective items: Must be unused, unopened, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Defective items: Products with a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival may be returned even if the package has already been opened.

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. After this period, we’re unable to issue refunds or exchanges.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@grabxyz.com and request a return authorization.

  2. You’ll receive a return label by email.

    • For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • For defective or damaged items, we’ll cover the shipping cost.

  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and send it back to us.

4. Exchanges

We can arrange an exchange if:

  • The product arrived defective or damaged, or

  • The item is still in brand-new condition and your request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, your replacement will be sent out.

5. Refunds

  • After we receive and check the returned product, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and sent back to your original payment method.

  • Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective items: Customer pays return shipping (no restocking fee).

  • Defective items: We cover the return shipping cost.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective).

  • Items that are not in their original packaging.

Shipping & Orders FAQ

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders aren’t shipped on weekends or public holidays. If order volumes are unusually high, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll contact you by email if your shipment is significantly delayed.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within the U.S. typically arrive in 2–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on all orders.

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t shipped. Email support@grabxyz.com within that timeframe for a full refund.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or missing?

  • Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery (with a photo).

  • You can choose between a refund or replacement. If a replacement is sent, we’ll also provide a prepaid return label to send back the incorrect item.

  • Returned products must be in the same condition you received them and include the original packaging.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, we recommend first checking with your local carrier before contacting us.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. For your connivance we add Apple Pay and Google Pay as well. 

Is my information secure?
Yes, all payments in our store are processed securely through Stripe, a leading global payment provider trusted by millions of businesses. Stripe uses industry-standard encryption (SSL) and is PCI-DSS compliant, which means your payment details are protected to the highest security standards.

We never see or store your full card information on our servers — everything is handled directly and safely by Stripe. You can shop with confidence knowing your transaction is private and secure.
