Return and Refund Policy

 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Non-defective Products: Must be in new, unopened condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Defective Products: Items damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects are eligible for return, even if opened.

2. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@grabxyz.com to request a return authorization.

  2. You will receive a prepaid return label by email:

    • For non-defective products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • For defective products, we cover the cost of return shipping.

  3. Print the return label and ship the product back to us.

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products.

  • New, unused products (requested within the 30-day return period).

Once your item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement.

5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the product.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective Products: Customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

  • Defective Products: Return shipping is covered by us.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective).

  • Items not in original packaging.
