Order Processing Time

Orders placed on Grabxyz.com are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

Once dispatched, standard transit times are typically 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location.

Orders placed before 2 PM PST are processed the same day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Orders shipped within the United States usually arrive within 3–7 business days from the dispatch date. Delivery times may be impacted by factors such as carrier delays, supplier stock levels, or seasonal demand.

We offer free shipping on all orders placed through our website.

Shipping Method & Carriers

We ship products via standard ground shipping. Our primary carrier is FedEx, but we may also use UPS, USPS, or another suitable carrier based on your location and delivery needs.

Some products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers or manufacturers. We carefully select our suppliers based on their ability to deliver orders in a reasonable timeframe.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email with a direct link to our tracking tool. You can also copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier’s website for real-time updates. Tracking information will become available shortly after shipment.

Packaging

All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit, ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition.

Split Shipments

While we strive to ship all items together, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to product availability, direct vendor shipping, or packaging requirements. Customers will not be charged extra for split deliveries.

Unavailable or Out-of-Stock Products

We keep our catalog synced with our suppliers; however, in rare cases, an item you ordered may become unavailable after purchase.

  • If part of your order cannot be fulfilled, we will ship the available items and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).

  • You will not be charged for items that are not shipped.

APO/FPO & International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States or to APO/FPO addresses. We may expand to these destinations in the future.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. Approved cancellations will be refunded in full.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include a clear photo of the item to help us process your request.

For replacements, we will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the original product. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Missing Orders

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, first check with your local carrier for delivery details. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team for assistance.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us promptly. We will ship the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Billing Policy

Your payment method will be charged at the time you place your order. Charges will appear on your statement under our store name.
